Embodying Mindful Compassion is a six-week small group series designed to support you in cultivating greater well-being, insight and compassion for yourself and others through somatic mindfulness and embodiment practices.
Meditation, movement, breath, writing and sound: these practices can serve as powerful doorways into healing and antidotes to the ethos of anxiety and urgency that is increasingly perpetuated by modern culture.
Drawing from traditional yoga and mindfulness practices, as well as principles of contemplative psychology, neuroscience and somatic movement therapy, this group offers a supportive space for exploring the possibilities that mindfulness and embodiment can offer for enhancing compassion, self-awareness, connection. and well-being.
